The second preseason game should see an increase in playing time for available starters, and in some cases preseason debuts. Expect Russell Wilson to play no longer than the entire first-half, whereas Phillip Rivers may only get a couple of series after not appearing in LA’s loss against the Arizona Cardinals. On the injury front, the Seahawks will notably be without running back Rashaad Penny, as well as receivers Tyler Lockett, Doug Baldwin, and Amara Darboh.
