MILAN, Italy -- Juventus cruised to a 4-1 victory over 10-man Lazio in Serie A on Saturday as the capital club fell to another hefty defeat at the hands of the defending champion. Cheap NHL Jerseys Authentic . Lazio was looking to avenge its 4-0 Super Cup loss to Juventus two weeks ago, but two world-class finishes from Arturo Vidal sent Juventus on its way to another victory. Miroslav Klose reduced the deficit with his first goal against Juventus but Mirko Vucinic restored the home sides two-goal advantage shortly after halftime. Lazio was forced to play nearly half an hour with 10 men after Hernanes was sent off for a second yellow card. And Carlos Tevez -- who had earlier hit the crossbar -- scored his third goal in as many games. Earlier, last years runner-up Napoli beat Chievo Verona 4-2 in another entertaining game. Both Napoli and Juventus have won their opening two matches but this was a lot more convincing a result from Antonio Contes team than last weeks narrow 1-0 win over Sampdoria and will serve as a warning sign of just how difficult it will be to prevent Juve from claiming a third successive league title. "Winning again and putting another four goals past Lazio is a sign of our growing form, both as a collective and as individuals," Conte said. "We have won all three of our official matches. Today we were facing a tough opponent who always made us suffer. Its a victory that gives us confidence, but we must never let our concentration slip. "We started very strong, particularly the spectacular opening 25 minutes in terms of intensity and organization. We still need to improve, as in some stages there wasnt enough pressure from the midfielders and we went too deep." Juventus took the lead in the 14th minute, with Vidal controlling a lovely chipped pass from Paul Pogba and slotting the ball home. The Chilean doubled his tally in the 26th, beating the offside trap again to latch on to Leonardo Bonuccis delightful ball over the defence and fire into the bottom left corner. Klose immediatly got Lazio back into the game. Juventus goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon failed to hold on to Hernanes powerful 30-meter effort and the Germany striker was on hand to follow up. Juventus extended its lead after the break thanks to another wonderful Bonucci assist. The Italy defender lifted the ball from his own half into the area for Vucinic to finish past Federico Marchetti. Hernanes was needlessly sent off in the 63rd minute after he was shown a second yellow card for batting the ball down with his hand in the penalty area. Tevez curled a 20-meter effort off the bar in the 72nd minute before scoring a first home goal. The Argentine feinted round his marker before driving into the bottom left corner from just outside the penalty area. The early match in Serie A was just as eventful as Gonzalo Higuain scored his first Serie A goal to help Napoli maintain its perfect start under Rafa Benitez. Higuain started despite having had eight stitches in his face after injuring himself by diving off a boat onto a rock on Monday. Napoli had lost its past three matches at the Staido Bentegodi without scoring a goal but took the lead in the 13th minute with Marek Hamsik firing Lorenzo Insignes pass in off the right post from 20 metres. Chievo drew level in the 25th following a good cross from Perparim Hetemaj to find Alberto Paloschi, who -- alone in front of goal -- drove the ball under Napoli goalkeeper Pepe Reina. However, Jose Callejon restored Napolis advantage almost immediately, firing Higuains low pass in at the back post for his second goal in as many games since signing from Real Madrid. It was end-to-end football, and Chievo nearly equalized moments later when Paloschi pounced on a woeful Christian Maggio backpass and chipped Reina, but the ball rebounded off the post. Chievo was back on level terms five minutes from halftime as Paloschi scored his second of the game in a goalmouth scramble following a corner. Hamsik scored his fourth goal in two matches in the 64th minute, firing home a loose ball after Chievo goalkeeper Christian Puggioni stuck out a foot to prevent an own goal. Higuain -- who joined from Real Madrid in a deal worth an estimated 40 million euros ($53 million) -- sealed the result 20 minutes from time following some great work from Insigne. Higuain burst into the area and saw his initial effort saved by Puggioni but the Argentina striker fired in the rebound. "It was important to win here, where we have often suffered," Hamsik said. "Today wasnt easy either, Chievo came back twice and we even risked going behind. But continuing to play well, we managed to win. "Im really happy with my goals, especially because I helped the team. It was important for Higuain to score because he is a new player, there is so much expected of him and he opened his account. Its good for him." NHL Jerseys China . Bryan Stows father said his son probably wouldnt understand the details of the settlement that will give him about $14 million from the Dodgers, "but Bryan will know that he got some help today." "Hes not going to be 100 per cent, maybe for a long time, maybe never. What he gets is going to help him through now, and thats what he needs," Dave Stow said. The jury delivered its verdict in a Los Angeles courtroom after weeks of testimony about the assault after the opening day game in 2011 between the rival teams. Stow, 45, was left with disabling brain damage and became a symbol of violence at sporting events. He was in the courtroom for part of the trial, his wheelchair positioned front and centre so jurors could see the ghastly scars on his head where his skull was temporarily removed during efforts to save his life. Experts testified that the former Northern California paramedic Stow will never work again and has suffered repeated strokes and seizures. They said he will require around-the-clock care. Lawyers for Stow claimed the team and former owner Frank McCourt failed to provide adequate security. In split decisions, jurors found that the Dodgers were negligent but absolved McCourt. In civil cases, only nine of 12 jurors must agree on the verdict. The Dodgers "did have a (security) plan but somewhere along the line that plan broke. And it needed to be fixed," juror Carlos Munoz said after the verdict. "Hopefully we helped to fix it. ... If youre going to own a stadium, do it right." Jurors determined that Stow suffered about $18 million in damages in the form of lost earnings, medical expenses and pain and mental suffering. The Dodgers must pay $13.9 million of that because while finding the team negligent, jurors assigned it only a portion of the responsibility for Stows harm. Stows attackers shared the rest of the responsibility for Stows haarm, jurors determined. NHL Jerseys 2020 Store. . However, they werent sued and so cannot be required to pay a share of the damages. Stows parents pronounced themselves satisfied with the jurys award even though it is less than half of what they had sought. "Well make it work for him," said Stows mother, Ann Stow. The defence had argued that security was stronger than ever at an opening day contest and contended that Stow was partially to blame because he was drunk. But jurors were unanimous in deciding that Stows own negligence wasnt a substantial factor in causing his harm. Stows mother said she held her husbands hand as the court read that part of the verdict form. "I was so ecstatic because we know our son and we know that the picture the defence was trying to portray was not Bryan at all," Ann Stow said. They said they had not spoken to their son, who did not attend the hearing, but did talk to his sisters and expected they would talk to him. In San Francisco, Giants manager Bruce Bochy said he was happy for the family that there was finally a verdict. "What happened shouldnt have happened. We have to keep that in mind. But also for the fans coming to the ballpark, you need the proper security," he said. "It shouldnt be a situation where youre afraid to go to a game or you cant enjoy yourself." Dodgers fans Louie Sanchez and Marvin Norwood pleaded guilty to the attack in criminal court after a lengthy preliminary hearing in which witnesses said security guards were absent from the parking lot where Stow was attacked. The complicated civil case even threw jurors at one point, who announced last week that they were deadlocked. The judge ordered them to resume deliberations. "They struggled through it," Dana Fox, an attorney for the Dodgers, said after the verdict. "Remember, after four days they had not found liability on the part of the defendants. That is quite telling, I think, in and of itself." In the wake of the attack, the Dodgers and Los Angeles police increased their security at games, including adding more patrols and undercover officers wearing rival team jerseys. ' ' '
